At Valla Puppies Home, every puppy is raised with love, care, and expert attention. We are committed to placing our puppies in forever homes — not temporary ones. That’s why our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to support both our dogs’ wellbeing and our buyers’ confidence.

We go to great lengths to ensure that:

  • Every puppy is healthy, vet-checked, and well-socialized

  • You receive photos, videos, and full transparency before pickup or delivery

  • You’re supported with expert guidance — before and after adoption

🔄 Returns Policy

We understand that life happens. If for serious personal or medical reasons you’re unable to care for your puppy, we’ll help rehome them responsibly.

Please note:

  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • A return does not automatically qualify for a refund

  • We do not accept returns due to impulse decisions or breed misunderstandings

  • Puppies must be returned in good health, with all original paperwork

You must contact us within 14 days of collection/delivery if a return is being considered.

💶 Refunds Policy

Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

Situation Refund Eligible?
Puppy is proven unfit for sale by a vet ✅ Full refund or replacement
Buyer cancels before deposit is placed ✅ No charge
Buyer cancels after deposit ❌ Deposit is non-refundable
Buyer fails to show up for pickup ❌ No refund
Buyer returns puppy without valid reason ❌ No refund

We are always happy to discuss concerns — but we must protect the safety and wellbeing of our dogs, our team, and future families.

🩺 Our Health Guarantee Supports This

Our puppies come with a full health guarantee, including:

  • Initial vet checks

  • Vaccination and worming records

  • Support for any early health issues
    (see Health Guarantee page for full details)

If your licensed vet identifies a serious, life-impacting health condition within the first 7 days, and provides a written report, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement puppy, or

  • Provide a full refund (upon return of the puppy)
