📋 Step 1: Browse Available Puppies

Start by exploring our current litters and available breeds, including:

Each listing includes photos, personality notes, and age. If a puppy isn’t quite ready to leave yet, we’ll show their expected go-home date.

💬 Step 2: Contact Us

Once you’ve found a puppy or breed you’re interested in, get in touch via:

We’ll answer all your questions, share more photos or videos, and walk you through what to expect.

💶 Step 3: Place a Deposit

To reserve your chosen puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This holds your puppy and removes them from listings.

  • Deposit: €200 – €300

  • Applied toward final price

  • Confirmation and receipt provided

Once your deposit is in, your spot is locked in and updates begin!

🏡 Step 4: Regular Updates

We’ll keep you in the loop with:

  • Weekly photos and videos

  • Updates on health checks, vaccinations, and socialization

  • Guidance on preparing for your pup’s arrival

We want you to feel part of their journey from the start.

🐕 Step 5: Choose Your Collection Option

When your puppy reaches 9+ weeks and is cleared by our vet, it’s time to bring them home! Choose one of our flexible options:

  • Pickup from our home (by appointment only)

  • Halfway Meetup — we meet you halfway

  • Home Delivery — puppy arrives at your door

Each option includes all your puppy’s paperwork, health pack, and care guide.

📑 Step 6: Final Payment & Documentation

Final payment is due on or before the day of collection/delivery. We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (for meetups)

  • Online card payment (coming soon)

You’ll receive:

  • Microchip registration

  • Vaccination and vet check records

  • Feeding and care guide

  • Our Health Guarantee certificate
